Why Rogue Running? Besides having great group of athletes to run with, I really like how deeply involved Rogue is with Austin’s running community.
Favorite running workout? The long run. Something about getting in a rhythm and covering 20 miles on foot that appeals to me. Dirt trails with some scenery are the best.
Least favorite workout? Anything on the track.
Your go-to, pre-race meal? Banana, coffee and water. Plain oatmeal if it’s over 5k.
Your favorite post-run recovery food? Granola, bananas, peanut butter, and honey heated and mixed together. Sooo good.
What athlete (past or present) most inspires your running? Why? Nobody famous but my best friend from college who I watched go from an average club runner to a great college runner because of pure hard work and determination. It was very motivating to see someone train solo and so hard to reach the next level.
Favorite Austin Restaurant? Undetermined. Just moved to Austin recently. Working hard to figuring this one out.
French toast, pancakes, or waffles? Blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes all day.
Favorite breakfast taco ingredient Beans!
Favorite movie? Wedding Crashers.
Favorite TV show? House.
Favorite band? I’ll have to go with Red Hot Chili Peppers.
