Why Rogue Running I remember the first big race I ran before I met Carmen and started training with her. It was the Motive half marathon in 2005. Steve Sisson was out there encouraging and giving me advice, which made a huge impression on me. He was very motivating and helpful. Ruth amd Steve have always been so supportive and I would not be the runner I am today without the direction and help they have given me over the past 6 years. Ruth and Steve have been a huge asset to the Austin running community and I feel very blessed and honored to be a part of Rogue.

Inspiring athlete Carmen Troncoso… I can’t think of anyone moe inspiring and motivating for me than Carmen. She gave me a passion and love for training and racing that I never had before. Watching her race and compete as a master has been very motivating for me as well. She has always inspired me through both her running accomplishments and her dedication to bringing out the personal bests in all her runners.
